Nathalie Marchand is a Partner at the firm and leads the Intellectual Property and Innovation practice. She advises companies, international groups and investors on the definition, structuring and protection of their intellectual property strategies, both in advisory and litigation matters.

With extensive experience, Nathalie Marchand advises on all aspects of intellectual property law, including the protection, enhancement and defense of strategic assets such as patents, trademarks and copyrights.
She assists clients in developing tailored strategies aligned with their commercial, technological and competitive challenges.
Transactional and International Experience
Nathalie advises on complex and high-value transactions, including acquisitions, private equity investments, licensing arrangements and research & development projects.
