Guillaume is a tax law partner.
He advises companies, investors and executives of all sizes on tax matters, including tax advisory and tax litigation, in France and internationally.
He has particular expertise in technology taxation, including research tax credits (CIR) and regimes applicable to innovative companies (JEI).
Guillaume also advises on management incentive schemes and assists clients in structuring high-value corporate transactions and acquisitions.
He supports clients in their dealings with tax authorities, including tax audits and approvals, providing strategic and secure solutions.
He further advises executives and employees on international mobility tax issues, and assists private investors with wealth structuring, including real estate investments, international succession, Dutreil schemes and family holding structures.
Guillaume is a member of the French Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF).
