Léa-Belle advises companies, business leaders, and entrepreneurs on employment and labour law matters, providing both advisory and litigation services.

She assists clients with all aspects of employment relationship management, including recruitment, drafting and securing employment contracts, working time regulations, disciplinary procedures, and dismissals for both personal and economic reasons.

Drawing on her extensive experience in employment litigation, Léa-Belle supports employers in preventing and managing disputes arising from employment contracts. She also promotes amicable dispute resolution through the negotiation of settlement agreements and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Léa-Belle further advises businesses on collective labour relations, particularly in dealings with the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), employee representatives, and trade unions. She provides day-to-day support to clients regarding their employment law obligations, collective bargaining negotiations, and the implementation of compliant and secure employment practices.
