Henri-Joseph advises public and private industrial and commercial companies, governments, and financial institutions on arbitration (CCI / UNCITRAL / ICSID / LCIA / AFA and ad hoc) and litigation in Europe and French-speaking Africa.

He has been involved in numerous arbitrations (as counsel and arbitrator) and court cases in France and abroad. He has distinguished himself by assisting private and public operators with large-scale projects and disputes in France and French-speaking Africa, particularly in the fields of construction, energy and natural resources.

He is also involved in domestic business litigation (banking and finance law, corporate law and contract law) and in all types of amicable dispute resolution procedures, particularly mediation.
