Cécile co-manages the firm’s tax team.
With her initial experience in corporate taxation at a major international law firm, and over eleven years’ experience in general taxation with a multi-disciplinary French firm, Cécile can help you, whether you are a company or an executive, with all your tax issues, both upstream of your operations and in discussions with the tax authorities in the event of audits or disputes.
She manages both personal and business tax issues, including for multinational groups, as well as the tax aspects of transactions handled by other teams in the firm.
Cécile can also help you with procedures relating to research and innovation tax credits and special tax statuses (JEI, accreditation applications, etc.).
As she holds degrees in corporate taxation and environmental law, Cécile has developed a practice in environmental taxation and corporate social responsibility.
In addition, Cécile is committed to serving the common good. Her service to charity was honored with the Solo Prize at the Paris Bar’s Pro Bono Trophies in 2017.
Cécile is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
