D’Alverny Avocats, a multidisciplinary business law firm, continues its growth trajectory with the arrival of Noémie Saidi-Cottier, partner in white-collar criminal law, and François Alambret, partner in employment law.

With 14 years of experience and holding a certification of specialization in criminal law, Noémie Saidi-Cottier joins d’Alverny Avocats to lead the firm’s white-collar criminal law practice.
She appears before all criminal courts across France as well as internationally.

Noémie represents her clients in complex matters involving corruption and breaches of probity, organized crime, and money laundering. She has built a strong reputation in handling sensitive cases, notably the Lafarge, Pegasus, Mediator, and “Orléans network in Syria” cases.

Noémie advises companies and executives on compliance and internal investigations, helping them prevent criminal risks, align their procedures with regulatory requirements, and conduct investigations in cases of suspected misconduct.

She has also developed expertise in environmental criminal law.

Noémie comments:
“After more than eight years as the sole partner in my own firm, I am delighted to join a multidisciplinary team of lawyers I know well. As I handle cases that are often cross-disciplinary, d’Alverny Avocats’ expertise in business law—particularly in tax law and litigation—represents a valuable asset for my clients and for the new direction I wish to give my career. The internal investigations aspect of my practice also aligns closely with François’s work and that of the firm’s employment law team.”

François Alambret joins d’Alverny Avocats to strengthen the firm’s employment law department, alongside Célia Dufour and her team, combining the strengths of two partners with complementary expertise.

With more than 25 years of experience, including over a decade in Anglo-Saxon law firms (Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and Addleshaw Goddard), François advises clients—particularly SMEs and mid-sized companies—on all aspects of employment law. His practice focuses on three key pillars: international work, litigation, and internal investigations.

François advises foreign companies and their subsidiaries on their day-to-day employment law issues and internal investigations.

He also supports clients in high-stakes individual litigation (discrimination, moral and sexual harassment, workplace accidents, etc.).

He has further developed strong expertise in implementing whistleblowing procedures and managing internal investigations.

François Alambret states:
“As someone deeply committed to maintaining close relationships with my clients, I am delighted to embed my practice within a structure that is well suited to their needs and working methods. With a strong litigation background, I aim to develop my expertise in labor criminal law in close synergy with Noémie. I also look forward to working collaboratively with the firm’s other teams, particularly the private equity, venture capital, M&A, and corporate teams.”

Hubert d’Alverny, partner, adds:
“The firm has experienced significant growth in recent months, with the objective of expanding our areas of expertise and meeting our clients’ needs. We know Noémie very well, having worked together for several years, and it became clear that offering in-house white-collar criminal law expertise was essential. The arrival of Noémie and François also enables the firm to position itself in the field of internal investigations—a strategic capability for our clients—and to accelerate our international development, in line with the recent arrivals of Elena Pintea-Pushkin, M&A partner, and Nathalie Marchand, partner in charge of intellectual property and innovation.”

With the addition of Noémie Saidi-Cottier and François Alambret, the firm now counts eleven partners.
Thanks to its cross-functional expertise in business law (Private Equity, M&A, growth capital, restructuring, human resources, tax, arbitration, mediation, white-collar criminal law, intellectual property and new technologies, etc.), d’Alverny Avocats offers its clients strategic, tailored support aligned with their challenges and driven by performance and the long-term sustainability of their projects.
