Elena Pintea-Pushkin advises on corporate law matters with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital structuring transactions.
She assists companies and entrepreneurs with their strategic transactions in France, and supports foreign groups in their acquisition and market entry projects on the French market, notably in the context of growth and corporate reorganisation transactions.
Her experience covers complex and evolving transactions, including majority and minority investments, build-up strategies, carve-outs and restructuring situations, including distressed contexts.
