Nathalie leads the Intellectual Property and Innovation practice of the firm.

With recognized experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, she supports her clients in protecting and defending their intellectual property assets, as well as in securing them in transactional matters.

Before joining D’Alverny, Nathalie worked in international law firms (in Paris and Hong Kong) which enabled her to develop a deep understanding of international issues linked to intellectual property, innovation and tech matters.

Nathalie has built a leading reputation in transactional and contractual matters, particularly in M&A, venture capital, licensing, research and development, as well as in the creation of contractual or structural collaborations dedicated to the development of new technologies or intellectual property rights.

She has strong and recognized experience in pre-litigation, litigation and mediation, handling complex cases involving infringement, anti-counterfeiting programs, and disputes related to contractual liability, advertising, selective distribution, or unfair competition.

Nathalie is also recognized for her extensive expertise in copyright and neighboring rights, especially applied to media and digital, including issues related to copyright infringement, private copy levies, exploitation of digital assets and AI.
