With over 20 years of experience, mainly acquired in international law firms, Nathalie offers her French and foreign clients, which include industrial groups and companies in the tech, luxury, art, and entertainment sectors, a wide range of expertise in intellectual property.
Nathalie provides both advisory and litigation services, mainly in the area of protection of creation and innovation, by developing strategies for the valuation and defense of intangible assets, as well as in various complex cases of counterfeiting or anti-counterfeiting.
Nathalie has also developed a renowned practice in copyright and related rights, particularly in relation to media and digital technology, on issues such as video game infringement, online piracy, private copying, and artificial intelligence.
Nathalie’s expertise is recognized in transactional and contractual matters (M&A transactions, restructurings, private equity, partnerships or collaborations, transfers, licenses) involving the development of technologies or innovations.
