D’Alverny Avocats, a multidisciplinary business law firm, continues its growth momentum with the arrival of Elena Pintea-Pushkin as a partner to strengthen the M&A practice.
For 12 years, Elena has been assisting companies and entrepreneurs with their structuring operations in France, as well as foreign groups with their acquisition and establishment projects on the French market. Her expertise covers several complementary areas: corporate law, including complex legal restructuring, M&A—including distressed and carve-out transactions—strategic partnerships, governance, and family business transfers. She works with companies and groups of all sizes, particularly growing SMEs and mid-cap companies, in a variety of sectors.
With her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of her clients’ business and sector-specific challenges, Elena is positioned as a long-term partner, capable of aligning strategy, governance, and value creation.
Elena Pintea-Pushkin enthuses: “I am delighted to be joining a multidisciplinary French law firm on a human scale, recognized in business law, which offers an environment conducive to expressing my entrepreneurial spirit and developing and retaining my client base. There are many synergies with the corporate and transactional activities, as well as other practices at D’Alverny Avocats, supported by an agile organizational structure and fluid communication between partners.”
Hubert d’Alverny, partner, adds: “We were looking to consolidate and strengthen our M&A practice, which is a growth driver for the firm, by bringing in committed talent capable of enriching the team with complementary expertise and responding to the increasing complexity of cases. The group of partners was immediately won over by Elena’s personality, combining energy and technical expertise, as well as her multicultural profile, which is resolutely international in orientation. Her involvement in associations and her participation in conferences and events, particularly abroad, demonstrate her ability to build and maintain a network, which is perfectly in line with the firm’s strong sense of community.”
Following Nathalie Marchand, intellectual property partner, in October 2025, the arrival of Elena Pintea-Pushkin brings the number of partners in the firm to nine and confirms its dynamic growth, particularly internationally. Thanks to its cross-disciplinary expertise in business law (private equity, M&A, growth capital, restructuring, human resources, taxation, arbitration, mediation, intellectual property, etc.), D’Alverny Avocats offers its clients strategic and tailor-made support, adapted to their challenges and guided by the performance and sustainability of their projects.
A member of the Paris Bar since 2014, Elena Pintea-Pushkin began her career at one of France’s leading independent business law firms, where she was promoted to Counsel in 2022. She has been a partner in the M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital practice at D’Alverny Avocats since February 2026.
Elena assists her clients with all issues relating to the operation of companies, the financing of their development, external growth operations, and their transfer, both in France and internationally. She is involved in:
– private equity and M&A transactions (acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, build-ups, joint ventures),
– structuring and reorganization,
– company formation and fundraising,
– governance and relations between partners/shareholders.
Elena advises French SMEs that are growing or in the process of being transferred, mid-sized companies seeking to expand through mergers and acquisitions or fundraising, and foreign companies wishing to acquire or merge with French entities. Beyond securing transactions, she positions herself as a long-term partner, aligning strategy, governance, and value creation.
Individually recognized by Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch in the Mergers and Acquisitions Law category since 2025, Elena is actively involved in the associative ecosystem of the legal and M&A professions, particularly at the international level. She has been a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) since 2024. In January 2026, she also joined the board of the Elles et Droit association. Elena is a regular speaker at high-level conferences in France and abroad, as well as at round tables and webinars.
Elena holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from Paris Sorbonne University and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris Dauphine University, supplemented by training in Finance and Business Strategy (ICCF@HEC Paris) and negotiation training from Harvard Law School. Elena speaks English, French, and Russian.
