Insights & News
Julie is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Innovation department of the firm. She advises on intellectual property and tech laws, both in contentious and non-contentious matters. She assists clients in the protection, exploitation, and enforcement of their intangible assets, including copyright, trademarks, designs, trade secrets, and patents, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of contracts.
Before joining D’Alverny Avocats, Julie trained within international business law firms and major French companies operating across various industries. These experiences enabled her to develop an operational and strategic understanding of intellectual property issues, as well as solid experience in contractual matters, particularly in the context of collaboration or R&D projects.
Julie also advises on tech matters, including AI and blockchain. She supports companies in structuring and securing their technological innovations, and in anticipating and managing associated legal risks.
Julie works with a wide range of stakeholders — companies, start-ups, and cultural institutions — in order to provide tailored solutions aligned with the operational and strategic needs of each project.
