D\u2019Alverny Avocats, a multidisciplinary business law firm, continues its growth trajectory with the arrival of No\u00e9mie Saidi-Cottier, partner in white-collar criminal law, and Fran\u00e7ois Alambret, partner in employment law.<\/p>\n

With 14 years of experience and holding a certification of specialization in criminal law, No\u00e9mie Saidi-Cottier joins d\u2019Alverny Avocats to lead the firm\u2019s white-collar criminal law practice.<\/strong>
\nShe appears before all criminal courts across France as well as internationally.<\/p>\n

No\u00e9mie represents her clients in complex matters involving corruption and breaches of probity, organized crime, and money laundering. She has built a strong reputation in handling sensitive cases, notably the Lafarge, Pegasus, Mediator, and \u201cOrl\u00e9ans network in Syria\u201d cases.<\/p>\n

No\u00e9mie advises companies and executives on compliance and internal investigations, helping them prevent criminal risks, align their procedures with regulatory requirements, and conduct investigations in cases of suspected misconduct. <\/p>\n

She has also developed expertise in environmental criminal law.<\/p>\n

His practice focuses on three key pillars: international work, litigation, and internal investigations.<\/p>\n

Fran\u00e7ois advises foreign companies and their subsidiaries on their day-to-day employment law issues and internal investigations. <\/p>\n

He also supports clients in high-stakes individual litigation (discrimination, moral and sexual harassment, workplace accidents, etc.).<\/p>\n

He has further developed strong expertise in implementing whistleblowing procedures and managing internal investigations.<\/p>\n

Fran\u00e7ois Alambret states:
